- Album owners: Names you provide for the couple, event date, and album settings
- Guests: Name and greeting messages you submit
- Media: Photos and videos you upload to your greeting
- Device info: Browser type, device type, and anonymized IP address for security
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Display greetings on the memory album page
- Prevent spam and abuse through PIN verification
- Store and serve media files (photos, videos)
- Improve our service
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using:
- MongoDB Atlas for text data (greetings, album info)
- Cloudflare R2 for media files (photos, videos)
4. Data Retention
Albums and greetings are stored for 1 year after the event date, after which they may be automatically deleted. Album owners can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion of your greetings
- Export your album data
